Our Volunteer
Team Duties
Would you like to be a part of the show with guest speakers from all over the world and participants coming together in Istanbul?
Registration:
Thousands of participants, partners and speakers need to register seamlessly on both days of the festival and be guided by wristbands and badges.
Speaker Hospitality:
You will be the first contact and companion of our National and International speakers. Your energy and hospitality are our highest priority here.
Hospitality of Partners:
The partnership team works closely with the WOLFEST partnerships unit and supports them in carrying out various corporate tasks.
Logistics:
It’s all about coordination processes. The logistics team is responsible for the efficient set up and dismantling of the festival. They don’t keep track of anything.
Stage Management:
You will be the interface between technical support and our speakers. Our stage managers are responsible for a smooth flow in all our stages during festival.
Networking:
This team oversees the different networking format of the festival and side events and supports its successful running.
Expo Area:
Our event team supports our partner companies throughout the festival and provides assistance and helpful information to attendees in case of any questions.

(FAQ) Frequently Asked Questions
01 When is the Application Deadline?
Generally speaking, you can apply to volunteer all year round. Evaluations are between the March 15 date and the April 15 date and the quota is limited. First come gets the spot!
02 I do not live in Istanbul. Does WOLFEST Festival cover my travel, accommodation and meal expenses?
All our volunteers will be provided with camping accommodation (optional), transportation and food and beverage support.
03 Will be Oriantation Before the Festival?
Our volunteer operation manager will share all relevant information with you via email in advance. The official kick-off meeting with the entire team will be held before the festival. All open questions will be answered at this meeting and you will receive hands-on training for the festival.
04 Can I attend speeches at the festival?
Based on your mission plan, we’ll have you attend a few conversations to make sure you get your fair share of inspiration and knowledge transfer.
